Playtesting VenomCoLab at the American Museum of Natural History!

We are really looking forward to starting our randomized control trial of VenomCoLab this fall, thanks to the generous funding of the National Institutes of Health, and feeling fortunate that we had the opportunity to go through one more in person test of all five days of content!

Our playtesters during the week of July 15-19 were the 23 rising 8th grade students who take part in the  American Museum of Natural History’s Lang Science Scholars Program. This fantastic program is an intensive, six-year science program spanning middle and high school for students in New York City.  We took the opportunity to informally try out the full set of pre and post survey items we plan to use in randomized control trials and received very useful feedback on the items as well as getting feedback on final polishes to each of the organisms (Scorpion, Sea Anemone, Snake & Snail).

If you are a 6-9th grade science teacher interested in joining our trial, please reach out to info@killersnails.com to learn more!
